The ground rules for using SuraDLC.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading or using SuraDLC ("the client") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the client.

2. License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license tied to your account and hardware. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the client or your key.

3. Acceptable use

  • The client is provided for personal use.
  • Using modified clients may violate the rules of some servers or of Minecraft itself. You use it at your own risk.
  • You are solely responsible for any bans, penalties or account actions taken by third-party services.

4. No warranty

The client is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will remain undetected on any service at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost accounts or in-game items.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license for breach of these terms, including key sharing or chargeback abuse.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
